To make things worse, it’s the Ramadan month, where businesses will seized this opportunity to recover their businesses after going through the quiet MCO months. Despite having to comply with the strict SOPs, SOROQ Kitchen have been putting their best effort to serve their customers.
On the first day of Ramadhan, Ras Ezat, found his stall, SOROQ Kitchen ravaged by the storm and the repair cost was so huge that they were unable to fork out more money to fix it.
He and his friend initially put a capital of almost RM2,000 to set up the business site. Unfortunately, the heavy storm that hit Kuala Lumpur had tore down the roof of their stall.
Feeling helpless, they’ve sought to convert their stall into an online food delivery service. Ras had shared his unfortunate experience on Twitter and it quickly went viral with Twitter users supporting his business enthusiastically and praise him for having the courage to start his business again.
