Robbers from Gombak Pharmacy case caught by Police
Last night, on 23 November 2020, Info Roadblock JPJ/POLIS had released some CCTV footage about 2 robbery cases which is suspected to be committed by the same robbers in Gombak.
In the first case, the robber attempted to snatch the woman’s handbag, which he had failed to do so and started to running away from the scene.
Whereas, in the second case at the Pharmacy, the robber had strike the victim in the face and snatched 2 gold chains worth RM10,000 before fleeing away from the crime scene.
However, on the evening of 24 November 2020, Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) had made an announcement on Facebook that the 2 suspects had been caught in a Hotel in Pudu, Kuala Lumpur. The 2 suspects are aged 31 and 40 respectively and they had admitted that the loot was sold to a 3rd party, whom the police are still tracking.
Both of them have crime records and are drug addicts. They too admit they are involved in other crimes like robbery and car theft in Setapak and Sentul previously.
PDRM had caught the suspects in 3 days from the release of the notice, and this shows that our police in Malaysia are quick in solving cases. It is not sure whether did they get information from the public to hasten this case too. However, what matter most is to solve the case as soon as possible.
