Faridalathrash said that the YouTuber had released an inappropriate video criticising the Government’s decision.

In the video, he said that the Government should not have implemented such an ineffective MCO as too much freedom was give to the public and this allow the virus to spread freely.

Furthermore, he commented the Government is afraid of imposing a full MCO as the economy will be impacted heavily and the Government’s revenue from taxes will be reduced significantly.

He also suggested to have all minister’s salary reduced to RM2,000 and they should have donated their salary to help those who are impacted by the MCO.

He even said that the ineffective MCO is the cause of the delay in the recovery of our economy and we should implement strict SOPs and keep the situation under control once and for all.

Meanwhile, Faridalathrash said that the case is being investigated under Section 504 of the Penal Code, Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act and Section 14 of the Minor Offences Act and the investigation paper will be referred to the Deputy Public Prosecutor’s office for further action.
