It is reported that KPJ Seremban had 3 Covid-19 patients being admitted to them for medical treatment since June. These patients belonged to stages of Level 1 to Level 3.

KPJ Seremban has specific doctors who diagnoses and treats Covid-19 patients too. Treatment on the other hand will be given according to the patient’s condition level. There are also specific medical staff who take care of the patients and they will wear protective clothing throughout the process.

KPJ Seremban also has a ward floor that accepts only confirmed patients. All confirmed patients will be allocated to a 1-patient room and they will enter and exit through specific channels. They will not share medical equipment with other patients and will be fully disinfected from time to time.

They added that if a confirmed patient needs to use a ventilator, it will be moved from the intensive care unit (ICU) back to the ward of the patient. However, the ward will be turned into a semi-intensive care unit.
