Prime Minister, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin had on his Shared Prosperity Vision 2030 townhall session at the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) said that individuals who complete the two doses of the Covid-19 vaccine may be allowed to travel interstate or even overseas.
He said that the decision will be made at National Security Council (MKN) meeting.
Muhyiddin added that the Government had initiated discussions of this matter with a number of countries to allow this travel privilage.
Muhyiddin told NST his plans on this matter.
“We have discussed with the National Security Council to allow anybody who has received the complete doses (of Covid-19 vaccine) to travel between districts, states, here and there, without any objection from the authorities.”
“In addition, with the certificate, they are able to travel to Japan, Shanghai (China), Hong Kong or Jakarta (Indonesia),” he said.
Once again, Muhyiddin urge the members of the public to take the vaccine and there is nothing to be worried about.
