Horseback Riders Seen At Cyberjaya McD Drive-Thru, But Netizens Aren’t Impressed By It

Horses have long being replaced by cars and motorcycles as our mode of transport. Hence, having able to see horses on the streets these days is a rare sighting.

Recently, the 3S Equestrian Cyberjaya have shared a few photos of a group of horseback riders ordering their supper at a McDonald’s drive-thru in Cyberjaya had went viral on social media.

However, the post was getting viral for the wrong reasons as netizens had criticize the activity for being unsafe, its riders violated the SOPs and was unhygienic.

The very first criticism is that the 5 riders were not wearing their face mask in the presence of other people, which is a clear violation of the SOP set by the Ministry of Health (KKM).

The second being that people are uneasy with large animals walking around in the public. This being the worries about the animals’ safety and the people around them.

“It makes me mad seeing people like this. It’s unnecessary and dangerous. Horses are unpredictable. Sometimes they startle at the sound of car horns and stuff. What happens to the bystanders? So crazy.” a netizen said.

“This is stupid. Try and see if a motorcycle can pass, they would ask you to go inside the store to order even if people were in a hurry. Animals shouldn’t be allowed to go through the drive-thru.” another netizen said.
