Digi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (Digi) launched a nationwide #JomFibre campaign, to attract more consumers to sign up for their fixed broadband plans.
The campaign runs from September 14 to November 30, 2021, offering a combination of fixed broadband plans and mobile plans, with savings of up to RM1,200.
In this campaign, Digi is giving away Samsung Smart Monitor vouchers worth RM150 to new customers for selected plans. It is limited to the earliest 2,000 customers, who subscribe to Digi Fiber 150 and above plans, as well as sign up through Digi Store Online, Digi Store or Digi Store Express. These vouchers can be redeemed through the MyDigi app.
In addition, Digi holds weekly contests on Digi’s Facebook and Twitter @digitelco. Give the most creative slogans about why their friends should get Free Fiber from Digi. The 100 winners and their friends, will receive a prize in the form of a free Digi Fiber fixed broadband subscription for 2 years, worth RM1,800 each. Digi Fiber (DF) fixed broadband plan, can be subscribed from as low as RM90/month with a speed of 50Mbps. The next plans are DF130 100Mbps RM130/month, DF150 300Mbps RM150/month, DF190 500Mbps RM190/month, DF270 800Mbps RM270/month and the fastest DF290 1Gbps plan RM290/month. Digi is also giving away free WiFi 6 routers to customers, along with a 24-month contract.
In Digi’s #JomFibre campaign, Digi Postpaid customers 90 and above, can subscribe to the DF150 300mbps fixed broadband plan for only RM100.
For other fixed broadband plans, Digi Postpaid 60 customers can get a lifetime rebate of RM20 if they subscribe.
Digi Postpaid customers 90 and above, can enjoy a rebate of RM50 for DF190 and DF270 plans for a limited time.

This looks like a counterattack to U Mobile’s offerings, which have just launched their fixed broadband plan. U Mobile is seen trying to spoil the market by offering a 50% discount for 24 months and free the first month for their fixed broadband plans.
