Apple iOS 15 might drop support for iPhone 6s and iPhone SE

It is a sad thing to say that all good thing comes to an end. In a recent article released by The Verifier,  iPhone 6s and iPhone SE will be excluded from the new iOS 15 update. Hence, iOS14 will be the last operating system for both the said models of iPhones. However, they do receive security updates.

The iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus was launched in September 2015 and iPhone SE in March 2016, and the hardware of these devices are getting less relevant these days, with outdated batteries and cameras. Even more important, the processors are unable to keep up with the user’s performance.

However, these are rumors and it is not certain that it will come true. Apply might just decide to give everyone a surprise by extending the update to these devices.

Are you still using the said devices? Drop us a comment below on whether do you plan to change your phone if you don’t get the iOS update.
