We all know the dangers of smoking and vaping, but some thought it would be fun to teach their baby how to vape.
Recently, a video showing a many putting a vape stick into his baby’s mouth went viral online, drawing flak and disgust from netizens.
Meanwhile, a woman could be heard laughing in the background of the video. It is believed that woman is the baby’s mother, while the man to be her boy friend.
The woman can be heard trying to stop the man initially, but later encouraged him to do so, glibly saying “pecah rekod ah, Abi, pecah rekod nanti you sedut (this will break records)”.
The video was first uploaded as an Instagram Story before it was shared on Twitter by user @fanaizty, who at the same time lodged a report to the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development (KPWKM) over the matter.

In the comment section, netizens criticised the couple for acting irresponsibly and being an example of bad parenting.
Many also express disbelief that adults would do such a thing to a baby. A netizen pointed out that even if the baby did not inhale the fumes, germs could have spread to the baby too.
“Would you share your vape pod with others? Do you know how much bacteria there is on the pod?” the netizen said.

Meanwhile, some netizens started a manhunt on the couple and started harassing them online by reporting their social accounts or sending them direct messages.
