A 13-year-old teenager in Gurun, Kedah has been arrested by the police for he had allegedly assaulted and threatened his 11-year-old male classmate with a knife after he refused to perform oral sex.
According to Utusan, the incident took place at housing area in Gurun, Kedah, at 4.30pm on Tuesday (19 July).
Kuala Muda district police chief Assistant Commissioner Zaidy Che Hassan said before the incident, the suspect drove the victim in a Perodua Kancil to a shop in their neighbourhood.
“While they were in the car, the victim was instructed to unzip the suspect’s pants and perform oral sex on him but he refused, causing him to be slapped and punched.”
“The suspect then took the victim to his home and once again asked him to do the same act again but the victim refused,” he said.
Unable to accept the rejection, the angry suspect then choked his classmate and injured him with a knife, causing him to run home and inform his father.
“The victim’s father reported the incident at the Gurun Police Station and at 7.19 pm on the same day, the suspect was arrested at his home,” he added.
The suspect is now remanded for 4 days to help in the investigation under Section 14 of the Sexual Offenses Against Children Act (AKSTKK) 2017 and Section 323 of the Penal Code for causing injury.
The victim was sent to the hospital for examinations and to receive treatment.
Meanwhile, a video of the incident has also surfaced on Twitter, showing the suspect allegedly being cornered by a few villagers after news of the disgusting act spread across town.
