Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob has once again become the topic on Twitter for the wrong reasons after a video of him ignoring a bystander who was scolding him during an event went viral.
The video was shared by Twitter user @yaniejela, where it showed a man from behind the recording smartphone who was heard scolding the Prime Minister while he was passing with his entourage for the poor road condition in the district.

It is unclear when or where the video was recorded but it is believed that this happened during a Felda event based on the uniform being worn by Ismail Sabri and other participants.
The man behind the screens is also believed to be a resident of Bera as he claimed that the roads in the district were in terrible condition and asked Ismail Sabri, who is also the Member of Parliament for Bera, for repairs or even new roads.
Meanwhile, another bystander can also be heard laughing at the man who was scolding the prime minister.

The man’s actions have sparked a huge debate online, with some netizens saying that the man is just rude, while others pointed out that with Ismail Sabri ignoring the man, this is not in line with the ‘Keluarga Malaysia’ slogan which the prime minister emphasizes so much on listening to the rakyat’s voice.
Some netizens said it is the man’s right to express his dissatisfaction so that Ismail and his administration are aware of the true plight of the people. They even supported the man’s claim and agree that the roads in Bera do require some maintenance.
On the other hand, some said the man’s actions were not the proper way to voice his dissatisfaction and suggested he speak in a more ‘civilised’ manner.
