A Form 5 student from a school in Puchong, Selangor has found himself in hot waters after he posted a fake circular instructing SPM male students to carry out mandatory penis inspections.
According to Sinar Daily, the school’s administrative assistant, Muhammad Asri Heman said the school managed to identify the student who was the culprit behind the “prank”.
Asri added that the student has since been suspended but the reasons for the student to play such as prank is not known.
Meanwhile, he also denied that the school or the education ministry had conducted such inspections.
“The student was suspended. Action has been taken against him,” said Asri.
The letter which had gone viral in the past week has the logo of the education ministry on the right side of the letter, instructing form 5 students to attend a mandatory penis inspection. It stated the mandatory inspection at SMK Seksyen 4 Bandar Kinrara, Selangor is in accordance with Health Code 6.9.
The letter also asked students to report themselves at the media room (273).
“There will only be one makeup date on Wednesday (20 March 2019) at 8 am and if you are unable to attend, a district official can arrange to meet with you at your own time,” the letter reads.
Those who failed to attend the inspection will not be given their 2020 SPM slip issued by the Education Ministry, it further read.
“All circumcised males should report to the discipline room (280), and all uncircumcised males should report to room media room (273),” it further read.
The circular was uploaded by the suspended student on his social media page and it had since gone viral on social media.
