On Tuesday (24 May), a 21-second video showing a big group of students fighting in Sandakan, Sabah went circulating on social media, causing an unease among netizens.

In the video, the scene looked like it came out straight from a Hong Kong gangster film as a large group of students in school uniforms went on a rampage.

Students can be seen running around, attacking each other, pushing, and hitting one another on the road where no vehicles were passing at the time the incident occurred.

Meanwhile, members of the public intervened and broke up the fight, settling the massive brawl. They separated the boys by pulling them apart and shouting at them to stop.

The incident caught the police’s attention and they are now investigating the matter.
