Would you buy a local car if you have the extra cash to go for the other luxurious foreign ones?
Recently, a local celebrity chef, Khairul Aming has recently on Twitter answered an question about the comparison between Perodua Ativa and Perodua Bezza. Being a celebrity chef who earns over RM7 million last year, he could have opted for something more luxurious.
However, it appears that Khairul is satisfy with his locally made car. He even suggests others to purchase the brand.

“So far, I’m happy with my Bezza. Large boot space, legroom space and fuel saving. I drive it back to Kelantan often,” he wrote in the reply.
As Khairul is often involved in shootings for his cooking videos, he has a lot of equipment to carry around and he said the huge space in Bezza definitely helped him a lot. He added that Perodua Bezza is okay for a long-distance drive but the only setback is it may perform slower when driving uphill.
“Overall, I’m still satisfied 2 years later,” said Khairul.

In another tweet, he also shared some tips on choosing a suitable car. He pointed out that the Perodua Myvi has a higher specifications and is definitely a better option if your monthly income allows it.
“But if you plan to save up, then go for Axia or Bezza. But keep in mind that Axia does not have that much of a space.” he added.
Khairul also mentioned that the Bezza makes a good family car as it has a huge space.
Nonetheless, the specifications and price of a car are not the only aspects one has to consider before buying, but also the purpose of the vehicle.
