“This happens every year!” Bazaar in Taiping showcased images of its trashed bazaar

Social News"This happens every year!" Bazaar in Taiping showcased images of its trashed...

Malaysians have so much to learn when it comes to protecting the environment, especially when it comes to putting trash in the place where it should be.

Recently, a Facebook page Taiping Zone had in a post complained about how Malaysians do not care about cleanliness by showcasing a bazaar being set up on a clean street in Taiping, Perak and in comparison, the amount of trash left behind once the bazaar was over.

In the first post that was posted in April, the admin wrote, “The atmosphere of the preparations for the Taiping Raya Bazaar 2022 site.”

However, the second post reads, “The side effects of when Hari Raya suddenly happens. On second thought, this same thing happens every year.”

“Pity the contractor for having to clean up the pile of garbage. Hopefully, the contractors are not on leave so that they can clear. The rubbish may want to celebrate Hari Raya too.”

That much being said, contractors and cleaners deserve their break to celebrate Hari Raya with their families too.

Recently, the Central Spine Road (CSR) or the Lebuhraya Utama Tengah was also left trashed over the weekend as Malaysians travelled for the holidays.

It is truly disappointing to see litterbugs in action, disregarding the cleanliness of the public space.

We genuinely hope that the authorities will take action against the litterbugs and hold them accountable for their actions.
