The police said the suspects arrived at the location in 4 vehicles, namely a grey Nissan Navara, a white Toyota Hiace, a white Perodua Alza and a white Proton Exora.

He said the victim’s vehicle was also damaged by the suspect as he tried to stop them from escaping.

In one of the videos that went viral, it showed a white vehicle attempting to block the white van from leaving the scene.

TheSunDaily reported that the security guard managed to flee from the robbers before getting into his car and trying to stop the robbers from escaping.

In the meantime, the security guard also repeatedly honked to draw attention to the robbery. He then crashes his vehicle into the van after a robber throws an object at his vehicle.

Following that, the security guard tries to reposition his vehicle. Another vehicle that drove by also appeared to be helping him block the van’s escape route. However, the van manages to slip past them.

The video ended with the van leaving the scene while 3 other vehicles follow behind.

Fortunately, the security guard was not injured in the incident, but his vehicle was damaged.

Mohd Zaid Hassan said the police are currently tracking down the suspects and the case is being investigated under Sections 395 and 397 of the Penal Code. If convicted, the suspects could face up to 20 years in jail and are liable to whipping, said the Kajang police department.
