In a statement on 22 March, KKM explained that a verified MySejahtera account will ensure full access to all features which include the vaccine certificate. It added that users who can’t find their digital vaccine certificate in the app are due to unverified accounts.
On the other hand, if your account is not verified, you will be unable to see your certificates. Without your certificate, you cannot enter restaurants and many other business premises, hence, having access to the digital certificate is a must.
