The Health Ministry (KKM) has recently introduced a physical helpdesk kiosk to help the public rectify issues that are related to MySejahtera.
However, due to the overwhelming response from the public, the kiosks at World Trade Centre (WTC) in Kuala Lumpur will now be open daily until 15 March. The helpdesk kiosk was initially meant to operate on weekends at from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
The latest announcement from MySejahtera also said that they have limited slots available per day and are only issuing 400 tickets daily to prevent congestion and to comply with SOP guidelines.
It also said that the kiosks are meant to help individual and dependent-related matters and they do not handle vaccination-related issues, including mistakes with your personal details and incorrect or missing vaccination records.
Before this, the only way to solve MySejahtera issues is through the online helpdesk feature found within the app. However, users have complained about the slowness or lack of response after filing a complaint.
Meanwhile, MySejahtera reminds the public to bring along their identification documents, vaccination card, and other supporting documents related to the issue before going to the helpdesk kiosks.
Other than WTC, MySejahtera is also setting up kiosks at IDCC Shah Alam which will be available starting 26 February.
MySejahtera also said those who are currently under Home Surveillance Order (HSO) will not be allowed to visit the helpdesk kiosk. However, they will still be able to get assistance using the online helpdesk feature in the MySejahtera app.
