This man is challenging himself to eat raw meat alone for 78 days to find out whether or not he will survive.
He previously ate a plant-based diet but claimed to suffer from health issues because of it.
So instead, he’s been training his stomach to digest nothing but uncooked meat, including organs and he washes it down with raw animal milk and raw eggs.
According to his Instagram highlight:
When I started eating steak and eggs for breakfast, instead of bagels and smoothies, I felt full for most of the day, and stable, instead of getting dizzy from a carb crash, my pain started to go away.
He claims his favorite meals include chicken breast, steak, and swordfish and so far he’s managed to avoid severe food poisoning. But worryingly he is risking contracting E. coli, salmonella, and Shigella.
He also faces further health issues if he fails to eat fruit and vegetables, including constipation, haemorrhoids and even scurvy.
However, he isn’t exclusively eating raw meat every day and occasionally enjoys cooked steak and potato or chicken and rice. However, he is ‘moving in that direction more and craving cooked less’.
Asked by a follower how he was feeling, he confirmed:
Good, I like it so far and feel no reason to stop, no crazy changes either way though.
