KPJ Seremban also has a ward floor that accepts only confirmed patients. All confirmed patients will be allocated to a 1-patient room and they will enter and exit through specific channels. They will not share medical equipment with other patients and will be fully disinfected from time to time.
They added that if a confirmed patient needs to use a ventilator, it will be moved from the intensive care unit (ICU) back to the ward of the patient. However, the ward will be turned into a semi-intensive care unit.
