Recently, a netizen accidentally stumble upon something amazing on the Lazada app and he got so hyped to share it with everybody!
The netizen, Zulkiflee apparently found a “hack” that gets him a free shipping voucher without any minimum spending on Lazada. The “hack” can be accessed through their virtual customer service agent after you have answered their random questions.

According to his instructions, you’ll need to reach out to the Lazada app on your phone and tap the “Account” button on the bottom right of the screen. Just scroll down to the end and tap on “Chat With Customer Care”. When the chat box appeared, just type “Nak RM0 Free Shipping” and reply the chat bot.
After you send the message, the chat bot will ask you to choose either a pop quiz, a simple math question or an unexpected riddle to solve. All you need to do now is just to get the answers right and you’ll get the free shipping voucher.
After Zulkiflee’s “hack” went viral, another netizen, Moses Wong had verified this “hack” and he got his free shipping voucher too!
For those who are interested, this is actually Lazada’s Unexpected Mid-Year Sale and the event will end tomorrow (7 July). The free shipping vouchers you get will also expire after tomorrow. Hence, please be reminded to use them before it expires.
