MySejahatera is the app that all Malaysian uses ever since the pandemic started in Malaysia. The app not only allows us to check-in into places we visit, but they provide information related to Covid-19 in Malaysia, for example the hotspots and our vaccination appointment.
Even so, we could all agree that the app needs some upgrading when it comes to user-friendly features.
Recently, a netizen, who works as a software engineer too, decides to redesign the MySejahtera app after realising both his parents had a tough time with the app, given that they weren’t so tech savvy.
Taking their comments into consideration, the netizen carefully design the user interface (UI) to make the app more user-friendly, especially to the senior citizens.

Apart from the main loading page, he even redesign the vaccination process, from registration up to getting to the destination for the vaccination. The netizen included suggestions such as Grab or Waze, as well as the parking information at the vaccination centre.
Not to forget about the items we should bring along, there’s a reminder for that too!

His designs quickly gain popularity and support from Malaysians for having the features that most Malaysians hope to have in the app.
How do you find his designs? Support and suggest to the authorities? Share your thoughts!
