KFC Malaysia has recently launched the first retro-themed KFC outlet at Bandar Bukit Raja in Klang, on 18 April.
The KFC outlet is a standalone building and has its iconic giant KFC bucket placed on the roof, right above its entrance. It is painted in red and white and what’s special about this outlet is that they are open for 24-hours!
On the inside, it is furnished with vintage looking vinyl diner seatings, cross check patterned covered walls as well as red and white candy cane-striped back rests lining their benches.

On it’s opening day, the crowd started to gather as soon as the outlet was open and the queue was so long that it seems that the hot sun does not discourage them from getting their fried chicken crave fulfilled.
However, be rest assured that the SOPs had been complied and it can be seen that they are maintaining social distancing.

The design was inspired by the 1950’s American Dine-In design and it comes with an extra-large sign board complemented by big, bright logos.
